Charter and private school cleaning

Cleaning multi-campus Utah charter and private school networks.

We clean K-12 schools across the Wasatch Front — from single-campus preparatory academies to 4+ campus charter networks. One account manager, one invoice, one quality standard across every campus. We don't miss days, and we won't make you call us to find out why.

Why schools are different

School cleaning has rules a generic crew won't know.

We've been cleaning Utah K-12 buildings since 2013, and schools are where our crews have the deepest expertise. Here's what the Directors and Principals we work with tell us mattered most when they switched from a generic janitorial vendor to one that knows schools.

Dismissal-time scheduling

We don't clean while kids are walking through. Crews are timed to your dismissal so they're staged for entry, not mopping a hallway when the bell rings.

After-school activity awareness

Sports, drama, debate, music, after-care all share the building. Our crews work around your published activity calendar — sent to us once a quarter, updated on changes.

Restroom mid-day touch-ups

K-8 restrooms hit a tipping point around lunch. For campuses on the higher end of student density, we add a mid-day touch-up program — restock, surface wipe, mop — so the afternoon doesn't slip.

Inspection-readiness

Health department, fire marshal, accreditation visits, parent walkthroughs. A clean building passes; a dirty one becomes a documented finding. We hold to inspection-ready standards every night, not just before scheduled visits.

Day porting during school hours

Optional daytime staff on campus to keep restrooms, entryways, and common areas in shape between the nightly cleans — useful on higher-density campuses and during events.

Supplies managed for you

We track and restock paper, soap, and liners as part of the contract, so a campus never runs out mid-week and there's no scramble before an inspection.

Multi-campus management

One account manager. One invoice. One standard.

The reason most multi-campus Directors and Principals we talk to are looking for a new vendor is that their current arrangement is fractured. Different vendors per campus, different quality, separate invoices, and nobody to call when one campus slips.

Our model is built for the network, not the individual campus. The same primary contact runs every campus, the same quality program applies, and issues escalate to one person, in one place, the day they happen. Each account is run by a locally owned operator who takes pride of ownership in your campuses — backed by the standards and support of the Advanced Building Care network.

“Zero missed nights across all four campuses in the 2024-25 school year.”

4-campus Utah charter school network

That's the number our team measures themselves against. Across every campus, every night, in a year with a normal share of weather events, staffing changes, and after-school events that ran long. Multi-campus reliability is what we're built for.

How Directors and Principals talk about us

Reliability. Accountability. Proactive communication.

These are the three words the Directors and Principals we work with use most often.

Reliability

We show up. Every shift, every campus, every night.

It's the first thing a school asks about a vendor: do they actually show up? Same crew, same schedule, every campus — so a missed night never becomes your problem to chase.

Accountability

If something goes wrong, there's a named person on the hook.

Schools want to know who they're hiring, not just a logo. Every account has a named primary contact, on speed-dial, with direct authority to fix issues without escalation.

Communicate proactively

We loop you in before you have to call us.

You hear from us before you have to call. Regular account check-ins and a quick heads-up when something needs your attention — so you're never finding out about an issue from a parent or a board member first.

What's available for a school cleaning contract

Scope you can hand to a board, not a brochure.

Vendor contracts get vague exactly where they shouldn't. Here's what we can do for school accounts, in plain language.

  • Nightly classroom + common-area clean

Trash and recycling, dust, vacuum carpet, mop hard floors, board erase, high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, push plates).

  • Restroom service

Fixture detail, descale, paper and soap restock, sanitary disposal, floor mop. Higher cadence than office because student traffic is heavier.

  • Mid-day touch-up program

Optional for higher-density campuses: surface wipe, restock, and mop during lunch and recess to keep restrooms fresh through dismissal.

  • Gym, cafeteria, and common areas

Daily clean for gymnasium and cafeteria with periodic deep clean (post-event floor work, table sanitize, kitchen-facing wall detail).

  • Admin offices

Office nightly scope with confidentiality-aware crews — desks and paperwork left undisturbed, with screen and high-touch cleaning only where you've asked for it.

  • Specialty work on rotation

Summer floor strip-and-wax, gym floor screen-and-recoat, carpet extraction, window cleaning.

Pricing

Scoped to your campus, not a flat rate.

School cleaning is priced to the campus in front of us, not a one-size category. We walk the building, confirm the scope, and provide a quote within two business days — so you know exactly what's included before you sign.

School cleaning is priced by how many nights per week you want crews on-site, the campus square footage, and the number of classrooms and restrooms — including stall counts. A cafeteria and kitchen, gym floors, the mix of carpet versus tile, and day porting during school hours all factor into the scope.

  • Every campus is walked and scoped individually — number of classrooms and restrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, and gym all factor in
  • Mid-day touch-up or day-porter programs are priced by the on-site hours you need and the restrooms and common areas to keep up during the day
  • Summer floor strip-and-wax, gym floor recoat, and carpet extraction priced as line items so they don't reset the base contract

FAQ

What school Directors and Principals ask before signing.

If yours isn't here, call us. We respond promptly.

Utah-specific

We work the Wasatch Front, not a national contract from out of state.

We clean schools across the Salt Lake City metro and the Wasatch Front — Sandy, Lehi, Draper, West Valley City, West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Murray, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Millcreek, Midvale, Bountiful, Centerville, Farmington, Layton, Taylorsville, and the schools in between. Our team lives here. The locally owned operator who runs your account is in your community — backed by the standards and support of the Advanced Building Care network.

Utah K-12 budgets run July through June, so most schools line up vendors in the spring for the next school year. If you're planning a change, spring is the natural time to start — and switching over the summer break makes for the smoothest transition. That said, we're glad to walk a campus any time of year.
