Our story

Founded in 2013. New ownership in 2022. Still local.

ABC has been cleaning Salt Lake City businesses for over a decade. Current ownership took over in 2022 with the same crews, the same accounts, and the same commitment: show up every shift, do the work, bill what we said.

    Advanced Building Care opens as a commercial janitorial business serving the Salt Lake City metro.

    New ownership

    ABC comes under new ownership; existing accounts continue uninterrupted. Operations scale to a 75-person Wasatch Front network.

    Expanding from janitorial to facility solutions

    Adding floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning alongside janitorial — building toward multi-service facility solutions over the next 18–24 months.

How the team is structured

You're hiring a local owner, not a logo.

  • Franchise Owner / Principal

    Owns and services your account with their own cleaning crew. Personally accountable for the work, and the person who answers when you call.

  • Home office (master franchisee)

    Provides training, ongoing support, and operating standards to every local owner, and handles the back-office billing for your account.

Where we're going

One partner for the whole facility — not just the cleaning.

Janitorial is our core, ongoing service, and it stays that way. Over the next 18–24 months we're adding the services facilities already buy alongside it: floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. The point is a single trusted partner for the whole building — not a rolodex of three.
