Manufacturing + industrial
Plant-floor and industrial facility cleaning across the SLC metro.
Shift-aware cleaning for Utah manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial facilities. Shop-floor degreasing, break-room and office cover, safety-compliant crews, and OSHA-aware protocols.
Why this facility is different
Cleaning crews trained for this facility type, not a generic checklist.
Shift-aware scheduling
Manufacturers don't run 9-to-5. We schedule around your production shifts — third shift, weekend, between-runs — so cleaning doesn't interrupt the line.
Plant floor + office split
Different crews, different chemicals, different training for shop floor vs. office. Industrial-grade work on the production side; standard office scope on the admin side.
Safety and PPE protocols
Staff trained on safety glasses, hearing protection, hard-hat zones, and lockout/tagout awareness. We follow your facility's PPE requirements.
Specialty surfaces
Metal shavings, machine oil, dust suppression, degreasing — different from office cleaning. Equipment and chemicals matched to industrial surfaces.
What's included
Scope you can hand to a board, not a brochure.
Specific, contracted, in writing. No surprises on the first invoice or the first inspection.
Shop floor and production
Sweep, degrease, mop where appropriate. Around-equipment work without disturbing production setup. Documented for safety compliance.
Office and admin areas
Nightly office scope: trash, dust, vacuum, restroom and break-room detail, conference rooms. Standard professional finish.
Break rooms
High-use break rooms — restock, surface clean, refrigerator detail (on schedule), microwave detail, floor mop.
Restrooms (plant + office)
Plant restrooms get higher cadence due to traffic. Office restrooms standard nightly scope.
Floor care
Concrete sealing, epoxy floor maintenance, VCT strip-and-wax on the office side, dust suppression on the plant side.
Specialty work
Annual or semi-annual deep cleans of facility-wide equipment areas, light fixtures, exhaust vents, and high-dust zones.
How buyers in this category talk about us
Plant managers care about uptime — cleaning shouldn't cost any.
“I needed a crew that could work between shifts without slowing the line. They show up at 11 and they're gone by 5. The line doesn't notice they were there.”
Plant Manager, Utah metal fabricator
Industrial accounts want cleaning to be invisible to operations. We staff to your shift schedule, train crews on your safety protocols, and document everything for safety audits. The biggest favor we do is not being a topic of conversation in the morning standup.
Pricing
Priced by space type, not blanket square footage.
Industrial cleaning is priced by space type. The office portions follow the same drivers as any office — nights per week, square footage, restroom count and complexity, a breakroom or kitchen, and floor type. Plant-floor portions depend on the square footage, the surface type (typically sealed concrete), and how much general sweeping versus degreasing is needed, with frequency, access around equipment, and working around your production shifts all factoring in. Floor-care specialty work is priced separately, and total monthly cost depends heavily on the office-vs-plant ratio.
- Office and plant-floor scope priced separately
- Floor sealing, degreasing, and high-dust deep cleans are line items
- Shift-aware scheduling at no premium
