Advanced Building Care is a 13-year-old commercial cleaning operation headquartered in Utah. We're building toward a national franchise system — master franchisees who hold regional rights and develop unit franchises in their territory. Two tracks
Unit franchise or master franchise — different opportunities, different commitments.
Own and operate a local cleaning business.
You operate a single commercial cleaning territory — typically a metro sub-region. The day-to-day is running cleaning crews, building the local account base, and serving customers with the ABC operating playbook.

- Supported by the regional master franchisee (or ABC corporate, while only SLC is active)
- Lower investment threshold than a master franchise
Own regional rights for a metro area.
You hold the master rights to develop a metropolitan area or multi-state region — including the authority to award unit franchises in your territory. Master franchisees are sophisticated investors; the role is part operator, part regional general manager, part franchise developer.

Why Advanced Building Care
The SLC operation is the playbook.
Most cleaning-franchise opportunities sell a brand and a playbook that hasn't been run at scale by the franchisor. Advanced Building Care has been operating the model itself since 2013 in Salt Lake City — 75 team members, 13,000+ cleanings every year, facilities from 2,000 to 100,000 sqft, across schools, dealerships, offices, healthcare, government, and industrial.
Future master franchisees will be able to walk our SLC operation before committing — see the operating model running at full scale, talk to our team, and evaluate the franchise opportunity from a position of having seen the product, not just a slide deck.
Our brand is also evolving alongside the franchise expansion. Janitorial remains the anchor service, but the longer-term opportunity is broader facility services — floor care, carpet, window cleaning, and eventually adjacent service categories. Master franchisees participate in that expansion at the regional level.

Operating the proof-of-concept
Salt Lake City is corporate-owned and operating at full scale. We're collecting interest from prospective franchisees but not yet offering franchises for sale.
2026
Preparing the FDD
We're working through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) process required by federal and state law. Until the FDD is filed, no specific franchise offers can be made.
2027
Master franchise expansion begins
We anticipate offering master franchise opportunities for select metros starting in 2027. Inquiry-list members get advance notice when specific markets open.
