"How refreshing to work with your group, a group that actually cares about the job their doing.  I had a note on my desk this morning from a member of your staff thanking me for the business.  I had our employees coming down to my office thanking me for making the change in building care.  Their offices were actually dusted and cleaned, they smelt fresh and clean, and the bathrooms are significantly cleaner.  Your Staff came in this morning to follow up, just all around great customer service.  I wish I would have made this change a year ago.
